Refund Policy:

Efficient Microbes makes every effort to deliver products that are undamaged and in good working order, but unfortunately there are times when products may be damaged during shipping. In these instances we will replace products that were damaged during shipping, as long as proof of purchase (in the form of an invoice), can be shown. Any costs incurred in the delivery of products that are sent as replacements for damaged goods, will be incurred by the receiver of the goods, and not Efficient Microbes.

Once an order has been placed through the site, confirmed by Efficient Microbes and sent, the receiver will not be able to return the goods ordered, unless they are damaged in transit. The onus is on the person ordering to make sure that the products ordered, and their quantities are indeed correct.
